Where to get the academics related things given by the faculties?
Firstly, have the Home Page(origine) open before you. On the right hand side, you will see a "From the faculties" section. Click on the '+' sign near the college. Go to your respective branch. You will get everything provided by the faculties there.
How to put an image in "My Profile" section in Connect Page?
The steps for putting an image in the profile are :
  • - Go to Connect page
  • - From the LHS panel, select the "upload files" link
  • - Upload the image you want to put. The image size should not be more than 200kb.
  • - After uploading the image, go to "Edit Profile" section.
  • - In the box against Avatar, give the path of your image. The path will be like : http://www.jagteraho.co.in/attachedfiles/username_imagename.jpg
What if we forget our passwords? How to get the lost or forgotten password?
Do not worry. We have your passwords!! Go to the Origine page. Near the login panel, you will see a Forgot Password" link. Click on it. You will be asked to give your E mail address. Provdie your correct e mail address. Your password will be mailed to you.
How to share, upload and download files?
To upload files :
  • - Go to Connect Page.
  • - Click on Upload files link provided in the LHS panel.
  • - Browse the file that you want to upload and click on upload button.
  • - The maximum size of the file should not be more than 200kb. Also you cannot upload .exe files.
  • - After the uploading is finished you will receive a code for that file. This code will be asked for downloading that file. Do not worry again. You don't need to remember that code. It will be there in the "My files" section for your reference.
To Download files :
  • - Go to Connect page.
  • - Click on Download files link provided in the LHS panel.
  • - Enter the code associated with that file in the box given.
  • - Hit the download button to get the file.
To Share files :
  • - By default, your files are not shared publicly.
  • - You can edit that thing by going to "My files" section provided on the Connect page.
How to share files publicly?
Steps for Sharing files publicly :
  • - Go to Connect page.
  • - Click on My files link in the LHS panel.
  • - Edit the files that you want to share publicly by hitting the "Share" button.
Note : To view others' shared files, go to their profile and click on the "Shared files" link in his profile to view his/her shared files.
What to do after placing the order for buying a product? What is the whole procedure for buying-selling?
To Sell a product:
  • - Go to Shoppe page. You need to be logged in to sell or buy any product.
  • - You will see a box against sell. Inside that box, provide a brief description of the product that you are selling.
  • - Fill all the needed information.
  • - Hit the Sell button. Your product will get listed in the Sell category.
To Buy a product :
  • - Check whether the product is ordered or not.
  • - You can only place order if its unordered.
  • - Click on the "Buy" button against the product that you want to buy.
  • - You will be provided with a Phone number of the person who had put that product for selling. Call him to do the rest.
How to connect with other users?
To Connect with other users, go to Connect page.
  • - Here you can view the users that are online in the RHS panel and chat with them.
  • - You also can search members by clicking on the "Search Members" link provided in the LHS panel.
How to search the important links for a specific branch or subject?
There are two ways for searching the Impotant Links. Have the Service page open. Then :
  • - Make the search General using the General Category from the Dropdown box and enter the keywords that you want to search.
  • - If you want to search the important links for a specific branh only, choose the category you want from the Dropdown box, for example : Computer, and enter the keywords and hit the search button.
How to get the latest updates about news, events and competitions?
You can get the latest updates about News, Events and Competitions by clicking on the News, Events and Competitions links respectively provided on the Service page.
How to post a new thread or a new reply in forums?
Post a New Thread :
  • - Go to Forums page.
  • - At the bottom of the page, you will see a text box. Inside this box, enter the thread that you want to post.
  • - Hit the "Post Thread" button. Your thread will get posted in the forums.
To post a Reply to any thread :
  • - To reply to a specific thread, click on that thread on the forums page.
  • - You will see a list of replies if there are any. At the bottom of the page, you will find a box. Inside it, enter the reply that you want to post.
  • - Hit the "Post Reply" button to post your reply.
