hehe this is again a wrong answer.... this is the answer and solution:::
Let N=123456789101112....
1 to 9>>>> 9 digits 10 to 99>>>180 digits (90 *2) 100 to 359>>>780 digits
Total digits 969
360 to 369 will give 30 digits more and the 1000th digit will be 3(from the no. 370)
So last four digits are 3693.
Numbers 2 and 5 have a special property which says that the for any number N to be divisible by 2^n or 5^n, the last "n" digits have to be divisible by the same.
eg: To check 12345678 to be divisible by 8 or 125...dividing 678 by both will suffice.
For the above problem 3693 mod625 = 568 (625= 5^4)
